    As a Senior Cloud Data Developer, you will primarily support the data migration effort and provide AWS cloud data expertise. You will also migrate data from an on-premises Oracle database to an AWS RDS Oracle database.

    To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
    • Develop a path to migrate from Oracle to Postgres to support the next phase of the migration
    • Create and deploy application infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (CDK) and automated CI/CD pipelines (GitLab)
    • Collaborate with Product Management, Application Architecture & Development, and Quality Assurance to design and implement solutions.

    • Knowledge of data migration practices from on-premises to cloud
    • Deep understanding of AWS with an emphasis on data services such as RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, and Data Migration Service
    • Excellent Oracle and PostgreSQL development skills
    • Experience as an application or operational DBA and knowledge of Oracle.
