HybridESSENTIAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field (required). Five years of experience designing and implementing colleague development programs. Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential preferred. Experience in insurance, and or financial/consulting services required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops training and development programs and objectivesResearch and stay up to date on industry trends and new training methodsObtains and develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of mediaCoordinates with outside vendors to provide services as neededTrains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in colleague development effortsAssist management with succession planning and development of skills where neededDevelops and maintains organizational communications to ensure colleagues have knowledge of training and development events and resourcesCoordinates company-wide training programs for colleagues to ensure that they are meeting current industry standardsDevelops colleague talent through training programs such as leadership development, management training, work skills training, team building, and communicationsCollects feedback on sessions from attendees to use for future improvementsAssists in development of comprehensive performance evaluation programsConducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results#J-18808-Ljbffr
