We feed the employees of the nation's largest and most-prestigious companies in every state and across all industries.As a member of Eurest's leadership and professional support team, you will help our 16,000 chefs deliver world-class meals in corporate cafes and executive dining rooms with on-site catering through vending innovations.
- Plans regular and modified menus according to established guidelines
- Folllows standardized recipes portioning and presentation standards Completes daily production worksheets waste log sheets Tastes completed meals to ensure quality
- Trains kitchen staff food preparation safe handling operation equipment food safety sanitation based Company regulatory standards Ensures that kitchen staff follows cleaning maintenance schedules as assigned Maintains inventory food non-food supplies stay within established guidelines while assuring necessary product is available when needed Makes decisions regarding leftover products staying Company guidelines for such products Complies federal state local health sanitation regulations department procedures as evidenced third-party audits Follows facility department Company safety policies procedures occurrence reporting Participates attends meetings development programs appropriate
