- PT Business Management:
- Build and nurture an active client base.
- Manage your schedule, including client appointments and meetings.
- Market and sell personal training programs through various channels.
- Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products.
- Service and Hospitality:
- Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts for members.
- Enhance member experiences through personal interactions.
- Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
- Maintain a clean and safe fitness environment during your shifts.
- Professional Development:
- Participate in Continuing Education classes to advance your skills.
- Engage in one-on-one or team meetings with management.
- Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one (we offer reimbursement).
- Current CPR/AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants).

- Availability to work in-person on weekdays and weekends.
