    Army Capability Manager for Intelligence Systems (ACM IS)
    This pivotal role focuses on the advancement of Army Aerial Layer Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms, playing a critical part in shaping the future of military intelligence capabilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and support Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) and Army Capabilities Integration Development System (ACIDS) documentation for both manned and unmanned AISR systems.
    • Engage in detailed research of current and emerging sensing technologies (including HSI, LIDAR, SIGINT, EW, and GEOINT) to enhance capability documents with the latest advancements in processing, exploitation, and dissemination.
    • Actively participate in the test and evaluation of AISR capabilities and support the development of requirements documents for addressing capability gaps.
    • Facilitate In-Progress Reviews (IPRs), Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and Working Groups (WG), maintaining robust communication and coordination with key internal and external stakeholders.
    • Drive the integration of SIGINT, EW, and Cyber initiatives into the development of innovative AISR payloads.
    • Contribute to Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership, Personnel, and Facilities Policy (DOTMLPF-P) assessments and ensure the continuous updating of UAS payload Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
    • At least 5 years of substantial experience in intelligence-related disciplines, preferably with a focus on Military Intelligence and AISR operations.
    • Proven mastery in intelligence operations, ISR intelligence collection, operations management, production, or research.
    • Must possess a current Top Secret (TS) clearance with access to Special Compartmented Information (SCI)

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
    • Digital Intel Systems Master Gunner (DISMG) graduate.
    • Demonstrated leadership and expertise in the application of intelligence disciplines within military operations.
