The Backroom Associate maintains and processes shipments for Sam's Club in accordance with Company policies and procedures.Maintains safety of facility by following all safety standards procedures and guidelines conducting safety sweeps following proper forklift spotting procedures following proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials following company steel standard guidelines
and correcting unsafe situations to facility management Complies with company policies procedures standards of ethics integrity by implementing action plans using the Open Door Policy: applying these in executing business processes practices Completes work assignments priorities by using policies data resources collaborating managers coworkers customers business partners identifying priorities deadlines expectations carrying out tasks communicating progress information determining recommending ways address improvement opportunities adapting change difficulties feedback
