    Fairview Health Services is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Princeton. Our thriving multi-specialty practice features onsite access to a robust group of specialty providers and services.

    Practice Details:

    • 17 provider primary care practice, including 6 family medicine physicians with obstetrics capabilities.
    • Patient encounters average 16-20 patients per day.
    • 34 patient contact hours per week.
    • Opportunities exist for physicians to perform procedures, including cesarean sections.
    • We are hiring for 0.8 to 1.0 full-time equivalent positions - Flexible schedules available.
    • As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
    • We utilize a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

    Income Details:

    • An initial two-year salary guarantee is offered, with opportunities to exceed this through an innovative compensation program rewarding production, quality, and patient experience.
    • A comprehensive benefits package is provided, including generous time off and continuing medical education allowance, malpractice insurance (including tail coverage), retirement contributions, and more.

    Qualifications:

    • A graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program is required.
    • Board certified or board eligible through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) is necessary.
    • Licensure as a Physician Assistant with prescriptive authority through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice is required.
    • The ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota is necessary.
    • Candidates must meet threshold criteria/qualifications for credentialing and privileges.
    • Two years of Physician Assistant experience is preferred.

    M Health Fairview Clinic – Princeton is located approximately 60 minutes from Minneapolis and 30 minutes from St Cloud, MN. We are situated on the same campus as M Health Fairview Northland Medical Center.

    • Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Sleep Medicine, Sports Medicine, General Surgery, Cardiology, Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT), Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Neurology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Pulmonology, Radiology, Rheumatology, Urology, and more.

    Onsite Services:

    • Rehabilitation services, counseling, audiology, diabetic education, pharmacy, medication therapy management, laboratory testing, X-ray imaging, mammography, ultrasound, infusion therapy, and bone densitometry are available.
