- Greet patients warmly as they arrive and depart from our clinic.
- Ensure professional patient interaction, including verifying patient information, processing payments, and managing scheduling inquiries.
- Maintain effective communication between patients, providers, and clinical staff.
- Assist with patient registration and insurance verification.
- Prepare necessary paperwork for patient visits.
- Monitor patient flow and communicate any relevant information to the clinical staff.
- Act as a liaison between patients, guests, and medical staff.
- Handle patient check-outs, including collecting payments and updating records.
- Keep the front desk and waiting area organized and stocked with supplies.
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience as a telephone operator or handling high call volumes
- Entry-level experience
- New employee orientation
