For our 2nd level support team in Zurich we are looking for an experienced and versatile expert with strong knowledge in the area of application support.
Ideally, this is a person who enjoys in-depth analysis, which is partly comparable to 3rd level support.Understanding and enthusiasm for innovative new technologies, especially in the area of M365 and service management, round off the profile.

What would your role be?Supporting and advising internal customers at our national and international locations
Analysing, troubleshooting and documenting service management issues
Installation of software, changes and maintenance of the virtual infrastructure, including M365
Carrying out acceptance tests, SW distribution, problem analysis Application support for the entire infrastructure, with a focus on M365, and collaboration with the 3rd level engineers
Creating and supporting on virtual desktops, with a special focus on M365, as well as their maintenance and care
Application responsibility for end user applications, in particular for technical operation of M365 and further development of M365 platform services
Security monitoring of mobile devices and applications
Active participation in projects using agile or classic approaches, including those relating to M365 and service management
What are we looking for?
Completed IT apprenticeship or comparable training / higher technical college is an advantage
Several years of experience in the IT environment as a supporter/junior engineer, particular in IT fault analysis and troubleshooting, ideally in the financial sector
Knowledge of operating / system monitoring is an advantage
Good knowledge of virtualization technologies (Citrix, Hyper-V, VDI), Windows10/11, M365, MS-Office, BlackBerry Work, Mobile Devices certifications (md-102) desirable
Good knowledge in the areas of Active Directory, inTunes, Exchange, network, IP telephony, printer systems and cloud technology
Very good oral and written skills in English (mandatory) and in German (highly desirable)
