Job summary
We're looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our team at TJX Companies. As a Retail Supervisor you will be responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficientlyResponsibilities
- Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
- Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
- Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
- Maintains all organizational cleanliness recovery standards for the backroom area
- Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
