Job Title: Warehouse Compliance, CTPAT and ISO Specialist

Overview: The ideal candidate will have approximately 7-8 years of experience in warehouse operations and compliance, with a strong focus on ISO (especially in ISO9001_QMS) and CTPAT requirements (especially in 3PL type). The primary responsibilities will include overseeing compliance with ISO (50%) and CTPAT (40%), as well as other warehouse compliance standards (10%). Additionally, the candidate will be involved in warehouse setup and risk assessment activities and documentation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• compliance with CTPAT and ISO standards, comprising 60% of the role's focus.
• 40%, It would be the Safety operation and Theft/stolen coverage on his/her designated areas.
• / She should have experience in preparing the 3PL level of CTPAT certification and maintain the Tier-3 level of certification more than over 5 years.
• regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to compliance standards of CTPAT (inclusive documentation review).
• role also required the knowledge of ISO standards to prepare the ISO certification.
• and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance (ISO, CTPAT) with regulatory requirements.
• guidance and support to warehouse staff on compliance matters.
• with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
• in the setup of new warehouse facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• risk assessments of warehouse setup and operations to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

• degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 7-8 years of experience in warehouse operations and compliance.
• knowledge of ISO and CTPAT standards.
• communication and interpersonal skills.
• to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• to be on-call duty to address issues at the warehouse
