    TherapyNotes is searching for a Systems Engineer to join our growing team of cloud-first technology enthusiasts. Provides 2nd and 3rd level support for all network, server, domain, and IaaS/PaaS cloud services in a Microsoft-centric environment containing a healthy dose of Linux workloads
    Ensures all infrastructure solutions and operational activities adhere to the security and operating policies established by the organization
    BS degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
    ~3+ years of experience managing Microsoft desktop and server environments
    ~ Proficiency in hybrid and cloud-based compute, storage, and containerization solutions (Azure & Docker preferred)
    ~ Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Microsoft365, Azure AD/AADDS, Active Directory Domain Services, Windows 11, Windows Server 2019+, DHCP, DNS
    ~ Proficiency in Linux server systems administration such as RedHat, CentOS, and Debian
    ~ Experience with traditional and PaaS web application technologies such as Azure Web Apps, IIS, application load balancing is a plus.
    ~ Knowledge of the Agile methodology, DevOps, Scrum, ITSM and/or ITIL principles.

    Project Management - Develops project plans, coordinates projects, communicates changes and progress, completes projects on time and budget, and manages project team activities.
