Position Overview

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for providing support and leadership across teams and business units in both Agile and basic business analysis practices and principles.

The Senior Business Analyst will also work towards business strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management either independently or with other project team members as defined.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate the ability to listen, reframe, influence and persuade business leadership
Establish relationships with leadership in order to ensure strategic alignment, demand, value, and risk are defined
Contribute to business requests requiring the need for in-depth analysis, discovery, or research efforts
Demonstrate advanced understanding of business analysis and relationship management competencies and tools
Demonstrate the ability to begin supporting level one capabilities with an understanding of basic strategic partnering concepts
Collaborates with architecture to ensure mutual strategic alignment
Provide leadership in the Business Analyst Center of Excellence
Both apply and mentor system configuration knowledge and tools
