Baptist Health Urgent Care is looking for caring and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioners to deliver exceptional patient care in Bryant AR As a Family Nurse Practitioner at Baptist Health Urgent Care you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional medical care to patients of all ages with a wide variety of acute and chronic medical conditions Working collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals you will diagnose treat and educate patients while ensuring the highest standard of care and service
Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service to patients visitors coworkers Provide convenient friendly patient care to all who come through our door seeking health related services Provide leadership direction assistance during emergencies while maintaining comforting reassuring affect for patients Performs medical assessment treatment management follow up of clinic patients including primary care urgent care occupational health DOT physicals workers compensation Performs medical procedures including laceration repairs nail removal pap tests injections splinting abscess incision drainage Establishes monitors medically appropriate level of care for clinic patients Oversees directs supports on site laboratory x-rays injections collections direct access services if applicable Maintains clinical core competency Works with Center Leadership other staff ensure operations consistent with medical policy professional standards Participates assists development implementation revision policies affecting medical practice quality patient satisfaction Recommends potential means growth development new existing services within Center Assures compliance licensing certification accrediting bodies Participates development presentation education programs staff Represents Company clinic reasonably required internal external meetings events Provides guidance other medical staff physician assistants nurse practitioners assistants ensure quality professional services patient satisfaction
