Assembly Specialist Role at Royell Manufacturing:

We are seeking an Assembly Specialist to join our team in the aerospace industry. As an entry-level to experienced position, you will complete a range of assemblies from uncomplicated tasks in high volume to more complex assemblies as you develop skills with technical assistance.

Bushing Installation Requirements

• Proper installation method identification from SWPs or drawings and performance using press fit, wet sealant, shrink fit, and fillet sealed methods meeting specification requirements.
• Lathe setup and ream/bore bushings to pre-installation size and tolerance specified on SWPs, drawings, or routings.
• Reaming or boring operations for installed bushings bringing them to final size meeting drawing requirements for diameter, roundness, and concentricity.

Fastener Installation Requirements

• Identification of proper drill and/or reamer size and hole tolerance from SWPs or drawings along with preparation of acceptable holes including deburrance countersinks.
