    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    DISH's Manufacturing Team is seeking a Business Operations Analyst in Englewood, CO to analyze, forecast, and plan the reverse/forward logistics flow for DISH equipment throughout DISH's manufacturing and distribution sites as part of the overall DISH supply chain process.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain supply chain forecasting models that predict and plan the forward/reverse logistics and S&OP process for DISH
    • Provide volumes for financial planning by providing long-term forecasts and researching and explaining variances through deep data analysis
    • Work directly with Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Distribution teams to develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and forecast variances to optimize available re-manufacturing flow
    • Understand high-level business operations and dependencies and gauge the impacts of upstream changes on reverse logistics, re-manufacturing volumes, and operations activities
    • Provide reports and updates to high-level executives in corporate meetings and to partners at Manufacturing/Distribution sites
    • Build dashboards for KPI, metric, and forecast monitoring
    • Pro-actively communicate with teams within the department and with partners in external departments to facilitate smooth business operations
    • Assist with ad-hoc projects aimed at driving cost reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency
    Certificates/Security Clearances/Other

    Skills, Experience and Requirements

    Education and/or Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
    • 1-3 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, including high-level formulas and linking of files - Excel and Google Sheets
    • Strong analytical and modeling skills
    • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex data clearly and concisely to executives
    • Tableau experience preferred
    • SQL/R experience preferred
    • Prior experience in Supply Chain is a plus
    • Data science skills/experience a plus
    Salary Ranges

    Compensation: $71,000.00/Year - $88,800.00/Year
