    Bowser Automotive is seeking a Customer Care Representative to support the service departments. The Customer Care Representative's role will be to take calls and make calls to customers updating them on vehicles being serviced.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Receive inbound calls to update customers about service on their vehicle.
    • Place outbound follow-up calls to update customers regarding their service.
    • Maintain rapport and high level communication with service department (manager, advisors, technicians, etc.).
    • Answer questions about vehicle service appointments.
    • Follow Bowser policies and procedures including all safety policies.
    • Miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
    Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
    • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns in order to schedule the appropriate time for vehicle service.
    • Maintain rapport and high level communications with the service department (manager, advisors ,technicians, etc.)
    • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
    • Must possess a professional and friendly attitude.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Sitting at a computer a minimum of 8 hours per work day.
    • Ability to lift no more than 20 lbs. at a time.
