    Marissa Longo -local Allstate Agency located in Rochester, NY has an immediate opening for a full-time Sales Team Member. We are seeking a high energy, driven and motivated individual to become part of our winning sales team.


    Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right personality. Please submit your resume and we will following up with the next steps.


    Job Responsibilities

    • Meet new business production goals.
    • Prospect new or existing accounts
    • Manage the financial acumen of your own book of business
    • Strategize and develop plans to grow sales territory
    • Establish and retain clientele.
    • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
    • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
    • Develop ongoing networking relationships in the community and with business professionals.

    Base salary plus commission along with many bonus opportunities.
