    We are currently seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to become a valuable member of our team of healthcare professionals at our well-established family medicine practice. If you have a solid background in outpatient medicine and primary care, you might be the perfect fit for us.

    The main tasks for this role include:

    • Delivering comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
    • Conducting physical examinations, recording medical histories, and carrying out and interpreting diagnostic tests
    • Formulating and overseeing treatment plans for patients
    • Educating patients about their health conditions and delivering preventive care services
    • Working in synergy with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

    The ideal candidate must possess:

    • A Master's degree in nursing (MSN) specializing in family practice or Internal Medicine
    • A valid license to practice as a nurse practitioner in Connecticut
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in a primary care environment
    • Exceptional clinical expertise and strong decision-making skills
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Dedication to delivering top-notch patient care
