Description
Lead Patient Access Representative at Morristown Medical Center
Atlantic Health System is hiring a Lead Patient Access Representative at Morristown Medical Center for a Full-Time position. The schedule includes evening shifts and working every other weekend as necessary.
Essential Functions:
- Greet and register patients with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Accurately register patients entering demographic and insurance information
- Collect copays, deductibles, and coinsurance
- Foster a cohesive team environment
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Capable of patient relocation and operate equipment over 25 lbs regularly
- Proficient in computer skills and customer service
- Flexible with varied hours and shifts
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- High School Diploma required, Business degree preferred
- 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
