    Job Duties:
    Responsible for day-to-day finance and operations functions with broad oversight over administration, HR, and IT for business development company that generates revenue for global brands and property rights holders in sports and entertainment


    Specific duties include:
    (1) delivering key financial reports and metrics to company leadership and Board of Directors; (2) preparing financial modeling, planning, processing, tracking, and forecasting, and building dynamic business models to support financial projections; (3) monitoring daily and weekly cash receipts and disbursements and updating cash forecast on weekly basis; (4) creating budget sensitivity tool to aid leadership in making budgeting decisions; (5) preparing management reporting, including monthly and quarterly financial reports, variance analysis, and presentations; (6) managing financial administration, including vendor and supplier relationships, accounting relationships, and accounts payable and accounts receivable functions; (7) leading key HR function; (8) overseeing 401k program; (9) performing monthly headcount allocation exercise and payroll; (10) building and maintaining new business/sales reporting system with financial projections; (11) creating sales productivity reports to analyze and improve sales leads process in sales CRM system; and (12) building ROI models for client projects and working with top team in valuation and analytics on partnership intelligence system.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or closely related field; five years of accounting and finance experience, including experience creating financial and budget sensitivity models; demonstrated proficiency with accounting and financial reporting systems, cost control, budgeting, accounting, and applying Generally Accepted Accounting Principles; and superior knowledge of Excel.
