- Assists with coordination of Accreditation Readiness activities through the hospital system.
- Assists with addressing compliance and regulatory deficiencies; planning and implementing corrective action plans. Assesses the effectiveness of corrective action plans. Makes recommendations to Senior Leadership.
- Prepares and may report aggregate data and relevant findings.
- Provides recommendations for corrective action and ensures follow up through the facility Quality improvement process.
- Coordinates activities with Policy Management.
- Advises CEO of actual/potential risks to the organization; keeps CEO informed of risk management issues.
- Assists with planning for regulatory compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, DHHS and other applicable agencies.

Our 176-bed acute care facility is fully accredited and included a 16-bed residential treatment center for adult chemical dependency. We offer a broad range of behavioral health programs for children, adolescents and adults. Treatment is offered at multiple levels of care including inpatient, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient.
We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist you and answer your questions about treatment options and insurance coverage.

The Regulatory/PI Support assists with coordination of Accreditation Readiness activities through the hospital system. Participates in planning and conducting mock and full surveys for all care settings. Participates in action planning and compliance monitoring to correct identified deficiencies. QualificationsRequirements:
Six years of direct patient care experience in psychiatric inpatient hospital or related field with specific knowledge in high-risk areas, Joint Commission, CMS, and other relevant state and federal regulations.
