The **Dishwasher/Utility** team member is accountable for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for all food pans, sheet pans, food racks, cooking utensils, kitchenware, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. Ensures areas used to complete these tasks are maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary facility.
**Responsibilities:**
Load, run, and unload dish machine
Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately
Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle
Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for service and kitchen areas
Bag, haul trash and cardboard at designated times
Handle dishware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
Adheres to dress code, wears approved uniform and name badge at all times
**Qualifications**:
No minimum experience needed
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
Essential requirements are a positive attitude, drive, self-accountability.
The ability to work as a part of a team is non-negotiable
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
Background check and drug screen required
