- Compensation: $54.38 Hourly ($1,640.00 Taxable, $535.00 Stipend) = $2,175.00 Weekly = $8,700.00 Monthly Gross
- Plan, organize, and direct Information Technology activities
- Manage and coach staff in a single facility setting connected via WAN to multiple remote locations
- Develop and coordinate policies and procedures to ensure quality service
- Foster an environment of exceptional quality and continuous improvement
- Develop budgets and quality goals, operating within set guidelines
- Participate in committees to enhance patient care objectives
- Provide strategic plans for technology leadership and cost-effective automation
- Effective leadership of the Information Technology department
- Manage capital budgets related to Information Technology
- Oversee development, procurement, and deployment of computer systems
- Consult with hospital management to define project boundaries and priorities
- Collaborate with Department Managers to ensure project cooperation and definition
- Exhibit professionalism and concern for patients, visitors, and peers
- Develop, enforce, and comply with departmental policies and procedures
- Determine necessary personnel for departmental obligations

Our client is currently undergoing an exciting upgrade from Meditech Client Server to Meditech Expanse, with an expected go-live date set for February 2025.
The ideal candidate must be adept at securing employee and medical staff buy-in and ensuring department stability throughout the implementation, go-live, and post-go-live phases.
This leadership role entails overseeing four competent managers in the fields of Systems, Technical, Operations, and Communications.
Candidates must possess experience in transitioning to Meditech Expanse as those without this knowledge will not be considered for the position.
