- 5+ years experience in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering in a plant/manufacturing environment
- 3+ years leadership experience (leading CI initiatives, mentoring/coaching leads/supervisors, or owning site-wide projects)

- Drive Lean initiatives to eliminate waste and boost productivity across the site
- Champion a continuous improvement culture coaching Leads Supervisors and Managers to strengthen leadership capability and operational excellence Standardize and optimize manufacturing processes including layouts workflows sequences equipment utilization Lead cross-functional CI projects ensuring strong planning execution tracking achievement of performance cost-savings goals Oversee capacity modeling production planning tools capital equipment projects design vendor selection procurement implementation
