    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to be based at our Roasting and Distribution Plant (RAD) in Camarillo, CA

    You will be responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, and improving overall productivity and quality.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct in-depth analysis of production processes, workflows, and systems to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
    • Analyze installed capacity, Identify bottlenecks and advise management to help reach maximum utilization of Roasting and Distribution facility.
    • Develop and implement optimum strategies to enhance productivity, reduce production costs, and improve overall operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate with production managers and planners to optimize workforce utilization and production scheduling.
    • Create and maintain production schedules that align with demand forecasts and ensure timely delivery of coffee products.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field (required).
    • Practicing Industrial Engineer with 5 plus years proven experience within the industry preferably in a manufacturing environment with exposure to food/beverage production a plus.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
    • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
    • Project management experience with a track record of successful project implementations.
    • Familiarity with quality control and assurance processes.
