    Morrison Seger Venture Capital Partners is a Texas based venture capital fund with a focus on emerging companies that deliver real value to our investors.

    From CPG to SaaS, we employ a generalist approach as our investment and diversification strategy.


    Responsibilities :


    Work directly with the CEO to ensure brand and marketing efforts align with overall company objectives, leading ad hoc marketing-related projects to drive company awarenessKick off and oversee all marketing initiatives for the company as well as portfolio companiesFacilitate consistent brand messaging across all consumer touchpointsStrategize, create and lead all The Rogers Healy Companies marketing activities, including website, social, campaigns, press releases, events, gifting, and moreOversee all brand marketing activities, including elevating our extensive list of portfolio companies.

    This includes working closely with brand partners to maximize the marketing activity around each companys life cycleDevelop relationships with portfolio company founders to drive awareness of launches, media, events, and overall company initiativesImplement internal KPIs with the team and the portfolio companies to report monthly on the teams effortsWork alongside Senior Venture Associate to assist portfolio companies in brand strategy planning; identify target consumer and retail audiences, determine needs, analyze consumer trends and market data, and identify brand growth opportunitiesQualifications/Skills :
    At least 3 years of experience in an agency or brand management settingAbility and willingness to work M-F in officeBachelors degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a related fieldMust have strong proficiency in Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, Canva, and other design platforms a plusPreferred experience in Salesforce and MondayA confident, action-oriented mindsetStrong understanding of all marketing activity types, including social media, campaign management, design, and digital marketingProven ability to create and execute strategic brand and marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate across consumer touchpointsExperience in CPG marketing is a plusMust be a self-starter and team player looking to make an impact in your role#J-18808-Ljbffr
