Job summary
We are an eCommerce business looking for a highly experienced Dispute Manager / Chargeback Specialist to handle and reduce disputes across multiple payment platforms.This role is extremely sensitive and high-risk, as improper handling can lead to serious financial loss, account limitations, or payment provider restrictions.
The main goal is to maximize win rates, recover lost revenue, and reduce overall dispute ratio through professional case handling and prevention strategies.
