Compensation: $44 per hour

Spindle Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team and work with a school in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students with diverse learning needs and contribute to their academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, tailored to their unique strengths and challenges.
• Provide instruction and support in academic subjects, social skills development, and behavior management.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor students' progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed to ensure academic success.

Special Requirements:

• Nevada Special Education License
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
