Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role in a dental setting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing circumstances and remain calm under pressure.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all patient-related tasks.
Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.

Maintain accurate patient records, update demographic information, and ensure necessary documentation is completed for each visit.
Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving for total patient satisfaction.
