The Senior Staff Accountant works with financial management to perform monthly accounting functions, maintain financial records, and to implement improvements to department processes.
Using established accounting procedures, this position performs a variety of well-defined accounting duties including preparation of journal entries and preparation and analysis of financial reports along with a number of account reconciliations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Reports to the Accounting Manager and collaborates and consults with outside contracted affiliates (i.e., Mass Health, Providers, DOI) and various departments within the organization.
