- Produce high-quality creative solutions to meet our promotional and communication needs across various channels, including social media, website management, email marketing, and digital/print collateral.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all internal and external media produced, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Serve as the webmaster for both CrossCountry Mortgage and Stacks Co-Working Space, regularly updating and maintaining the content management systems to reflect current offerings and initiatives.
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive social media strategy for both entities, managing official accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Take charge of producing and distributing our email newsletter.
- Manage personal Facebook pages for the team, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content.
- Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences.
- Create compelling video content for posts and ads, including filming and editing.
- Assist with podcast editing and filming to produce high-quality episodes.
- Oversee the Facebook page, curating content to showcase our coworking space and community.
- Design and implement social media ad campaigns to promote events, membership, and services.
- Generate daily activities and content to keep our audience engaged and informed.
- Foster member engagement through online interactions and initiatives.
- Support in various tasks related to the operation of a small business and coworking space.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver) as well as Microsoft Office.
- Strong creative and storytelling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- College graduate, or equivalent experience, with portfolio of work demonstrating excellent graphic design ability.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to operate effectively under time constraints and tight deadlines.
- Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other interactive design languages.
- Skill in photography and a strong eye for image composition.

We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our online presence across various platforms.
