- Various reconciliations related to cash, capital assets, investments, gifts, and endowments
- Quarterly financial statement workpaper preparation assistance
- Communications to external and internal partners
- Quarterly general ledger accuracy review
- Journal preparation - capital assets, cash, investments, gifts, and endowments
- Monthly reporting to external parties
- Process month close for endowment systems
- Audit support
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel).
- Attention to data entry (careful, accurate, complete)
- NUFinancials, Cognos, OnBase
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field; OR 2 years financial administration work experience; OR equivalent combination education and experience where similar knowledge, skills, and abilities may be acquired.
- Not-for-profit Accounting Experience
- Proficient conceptual understanding of accounting theory and financial systems. Proven ability to understand and build account reconciliations.
