- Provide labor support as needed for specialty crew.
- Overtime, Saturday and holiday work may be required.
- Organize inventory / equipment in an effective manner.
- Understand the dangers of the equipment and recognize them.
- Show awareness of spacing to complete the job effectively and efficiently.
- Attend safety meetings and follow safety policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Safely lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Stand and/or walk up to 75% of the time on the job.
- Squat, kneel, bend, reach, pull, walk, climb continuously for up to 8 hours a day.
- Work Saturday shifts as necessary.
- Able to effectively communicate in the business language (English)
- Minimum of 8 years of general construction experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational and listening skills.
- Represents the company with a positive attitude internally and externally
- Participates fully as a team member, completing all requirements assigned in a timely manner

Job DescriptionWe have an immediate need for a Full-Time experienced Skilled Construction Laborer. Please note the first two months of employment will be located in the Westlake neighborhood of Los Angeles. We are looking for a responsible, motivated individual with good work history that demonstrates stability and consistency.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
A Skilled Construction Laborer will support and assist Foremen and Superintendents with on-site projects, by filling labor intensive roles in varying capabilities, including but not limited to, performing industrial cleaning, commercial light construction, material removal.
A Laborer ensures safe operation procedures are exemplified, uses the proper tools and techniques for the project, and works to complete jobs as scheduled.
