    Overview:

    Universal Windows Direct - Digital Marketing Coordinator Lead Generation

    Universal Windows Direct is seeking a Digital Marketing - Strategic Partnerships Coordinator to join our rapidly growing digital marketing team. The Strategic Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to day-activities related to paid lead generation with Third Party Vendors.

    The Digital Marketing Coordinator - Strategic Partnerships will serve as a key liaison between the Digital Marketing department, Third Party Lead Vendors, the Call Center, and Sales to understand the lead demand based on capacity. Creating plans for fulfilling said demand using paid lead channels and optimizing the efficiency and efficacy of said channels based on KPIs.

    Additionally, the Coordinator will act as an account manager working with the third-party agencies contracted to perform third-party lead aggregation/ingestion. Providing Disposition and Performance reports as part of the campaigns optimization process.

    Finally, the Coordinator must have a detailed-oriented approach to spend and yield management, consistently and frequently tracking and reporting on all financial metrics related to their activities:

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage the day-to-day of the campaigns with third-party lead vendors.
    • Meet and exceed paid lead generation goals including volume, costs, and quality.
    • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on Call Center capacity models and sales targets.
    • Continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns and third-party lead sources, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly.
    • Manage vendor budgets.
    • Work closely with management to evaluate the campaigns KPIs and made decisions to improve performance and reach the set goals.
    • Ensure a highly productive relationship with all parties, driving strong alignment on campaign strategy, campaign timing and plans, as well as lead quantity and quality objectives.
    • Manage the campaigns by monitoring the campaigns KPIs and adjusting the campaigns attributes such us monthly/daily cap, demographics, and budget to ensure the goals are met.
    • Generate Disposition and Performance Reports.
    • Find and implement solutions to improve lead quality and performance.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field.
    • 2+ years experience in marketing
    • Experience working with Third Party Lead Vendors such as HomeAdvisor/Angi, Modernize, Porch, or similar platforms
    • CRM experience
    • Highly proficient in Excel
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills are required
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems in a structured manner and think critically with data.
    • Driven, dynamic, flexible, hard-working, and detail oriented.
