    Nursing Assistant / Health Aide

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant/Health Aide to join our team as a Monitor. In this role, you will be the primary day-to-day resource person for residents, ensuring their safety and well-being following our trauma-informed model.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure safe and good order of operations in the facility.
    • Prepare and serve meals according to the posted menu, adhering to safe food handling and storage practices.
    • Follow the shift work plan by performing routine custodial work, including cleaning and maintaining a clean environment.

    Requirements:

    This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and certification as a Nursing Assistant/Health Aide. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    What We Offer:

    A competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
