    About the Role:


    The Shift Leader assists the General Manager in managing restaurant activities, ensuring consistency with business plans and supporting team members. This role works closely with the Restaurant Management Team to drive sales, profits, and minimize costs.



    • Provides exceptional customer service and quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations

    • Supports team development by improving skills and performance of all Crew Persons

    • Aids management in maximizing sales, profits, minimizing controllable costs through leading work shift activities

    • Complies with company policies and procedures regarding business practices

    • Maintains effective communication skills with various contacts (internal/external)


    (Minimum 500 words)

    P. The ideal candidate will possess approximately two to three years of experience or education demonstrating a strong understanding of restaurant management principles.Key qualifications include:​

    P.A High School Diploma/GED is required;Excellent planning, time-management skills are essential;Team building skills, problem-solving abilities, cash handling troubleshooting expertise are must-haves;, reliable transportation,a valid driver's license,and proof of insuranceare mandatory;the ability to communicate effectivelyand maintain an open-door policyare also necessary.Bi-lingual candidates will be considered.The successful applicant should demonstrate analytical organizational skills process improvement strategies resulting in positive business outcomes;work environment is fast-paced,kitchen equipment usedin tight quarters;physical demands include standing for long periods,bending,stooling,lifting up to75 lbs,cleaning product exposure.Flexibilityis crucialto meeting therestaurant's needs.
