    GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
    The Sr. SAP Solution Architect plays a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing SAP solutions within our organization.

    Responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, this role requires expertise in SAP modules, system integration, and performance optimization.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Solution Design:
    Design end-to-end SAP solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.

    Select appropriate SAP modules, components, and integration points to support business processes.

    Develop solution architectures that are scalable, flexible, and aligned with long-term business goals.


    System Implementation:
    Lead the implementation of SAP projects, including system configuration, customization, and testing.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of SAP solutions with existing systems and processes.

    Provide guidance on data migration, system upgrades, and enhancements.


    Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
    Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and pain points.

    Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation through SAP solutions.

    Translate business needs into technical specifications and solution designs.


    Technical Leadership:
    Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

    Ensure that development activities adhere to SAP best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

    Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.


    Performance Optimization and Monitoring:
    Monitor the performance and health of SAP systems, identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks.

    Optimize system configurations and workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.

    Implement monitoring tools and processes to proactively identify and resolve issues.


    Training and Support:
    Provide training and support to end-users, super-users, and support teams on SAP functionalities and best practices.

    Address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.

    Develop training materials, documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions.


    QUALIFICATIONS
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

    6+ years of experience as an SAP Solution Architect or similar role, with hands-on experience in SAP implementations.

    Experience in SAP S/4 HANA required (preferably S/4 HANA Cloud).

    In-depth knowledge of various SAP modules like SD, MM, PP, FI etc. Expertise in at least 2-3 SAP modules required.

    Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

    Experience with SAP integration technologies.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

    SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Architect) are a plus.

    Experience with cloud platforms and technologies (e.g., SAP BTP, AWS, Azure) is desirable.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
