    Job Summary

    This position is responsible for managing a unit which works in the production and filing of member- and regulator-facing product documentation, benefit booklets, and other mandated materials.

    This position ensures that the documentation produced and filed is in accordance with product intent and regulatory requirements in the ACA-regulated individual and family market.

    Manages performance, overall quality, and resource allocation to support accurate and timely form filings. Provides leadership, action-orientation, and problem-solving expertise in day-to-day operations of the team. ?Supports the prioritization of divisional activities and tracks progress to goals.
    This is a Flex position (in the office 3 days a week)

    The position can be located in one of the following offices:
    Albuquerque, NM; Chicago, IL; Helena, MT; Richardson, TX or Tulsa, OK

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor and 5 years relevant operations experience.
    • 4 years experience in a position which requires leadership abilities, unit workflow coordination, personnel supervision/management, training, and sound independent decision-making.
    • Knowledge of health products and procedures, underwriting requirements, contract and funding arrangements and analytical skills.
    • PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, tracking, and various other software packages.
    • Inspirational/Values Based Leadership Experience.
    • Project management skills.
    • Operations Experience.
    • Customer service experience and acumen.
    • Verbal and written communications skills to manage staff and operations, build relationships across the organization and with external key stakeholders, build consensus and issue resolution.

    PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

    • Knowledge of health products and procedures, underwriting requirements, contract and funding arrangements and analytical skills.
    • Knowledge/working experience with regulatory requirements.
    • Knowledge/working experience with ACA.
    • Knowledge/working experience with Individual Family Markets.
    • Knowledge/working experience with form filings.
