    Description

    Position Description:

    Join our Membership team as the Membership Coordinator and take the lead in maintaining membership records, assisting members via email and phone, handling membership mailings, and supporting member-facing activities. Be a key player in preparing presentations for member meetings and assist with membership renewals and dues payments.

    Essential Functions:

    • Act as a contact point for member inquiries.
    • Execute membership mailings regularly.
    • Support membership application process, renewals, and dues collections.
    • Maintain member data system for accuracy.
    • Prepare materials for board meetings.
    • Assist in scheduling and preparing member meetings.
    • Conduct market research and surveys to understand member needs.
    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

    This is a full-time hybrid role with both remote and in-office work. The office presence is required three days a week during core hours between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

    Supervisory Responsibility: None

    Experience and Education:
