Job summary

The Accounting Clerk is responsible for assisting the dealership Controller and a key member of the Administrative Office in the timely and accurate preparation of all financial statements, bank and balance sheet account reconciliations, periodic financial reports, and the preparation and processing of payroll checks as needed.
  • Preparing and making data entries for various journal entries in CDK Excel Paycom or other systems.
  • Analyzing financial reports and records performing variance analyses or account reconciliations.
  • Working with all departments within the Carlsbad dealership group Premier Management collectively Dealership to adhere to policies procedures for all accounts payable practices ensuring fiscal responsibility compliance with local state federal laws.
