    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for operating X-ray equipment to produce high-quality images of patients. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure accurate diagnoses and excellent patient care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Communicate with patients in a clear and compassionate manner to alleviate anxiety before exams.
    • Perform various X-ray exams according to established protocols and procedures.
    • Position patients safely and comfortably for imaging procedures.
    • Monitor patients for any signs of distress or adverse reactions during exams.
    • Operate equipment to transfer digital images to film and archival storage.
    • Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of images.
    • Enter patient history data and relevant information into the system.
    • Assist patients with positioning and immobilization as needed.
    • Perform other related duties as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Vocational or technical school diploma required.
    • Current New York State license and ARRT registration as a Radiologic Technologist.
    • 1-3 years of experience in the field, with new graduates welcome to apply.
