Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator along with the hotel sales team is responsible for proposing and implementing marketing strategies while providing administrative support that promote revenue generation among key targeted segments and support the hotel's brand positioning and image.Responsibilities
- Manage Hotel event calendar
- Provide quality assurance and maintain brand tone of voice throughout all messaging
- Create event invitations print digital social platforms Manage restaurant local social accounts posts stories reels events Create advertising pieces consistent with brand voice Locate promote local marketing channels Create maintain image gallery from property events everyday images approved by Managing Director for distribution among PR Sales team etc Coordinate schedule onsite photo shoots department heads work DOSM ensure set ups match promotions packages Review research negative Trip Advisor reviews appropriate departments develop responses determine training needed Prepare distribute Meet Our Guest forms TA VIP group leads Organize print deliver all VIP welcome amenities/ notes
