Our awesome dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Hygienist for an opportunity to join our dedicated dental family.

Our office prides itself on quality service and patient care through connection, relationships, communication, and education. We treat our patients like we would want to be treated, and equip them with the information to make decisions for optimal health and happiness. Our office works towards having a cohesive culture of courtesy, respect, and helpfulness. We are a general private family office that works with PPO and Fee-For-Service. We see kids, geriatric, and everything in between. We do implants, invisalign, restorative, endodontic, and have an in-house orthodontist 1x/month.

We have 2 hygienists per day, 1 dentist (occasionally 2), 3 assistants, and 2-3 front office.

We use Dentrix, Dexis digital xrays, and provide 1 hr per patient (and 1 hr per quad SRP).

We provide daily bonus opportunities, monthly alottment/bonus, 401(k) matching, and dental care at lab cost for immediate family. We also provide 9 paid holidays/year, and generous PTO.

Our ideal candidate would be a hygienist that:

• advocates for the patients ideal oral health, and therefore overall health
• communicates effectively to patients and teammates alike
• provides service with a smile, and make the patient feel like a true guest
• builds relationships with their patients in the chair
• helps answer questions about recommended treatment by the Dr.
• has a basic understanding of occlusion and malocclusion
• Knows how to use Dentrix
• is willing to learn and grow with our office

• detect periodontal disease accurately when present and inform/educate the patient on the recommended treatment
• effectively and comfortably clean teeth and treat perio disease
• take xrays when necessary (4BW/3PA once per year typically)
• probe yearly
• setup and break down your operatory
• maintain OSHA and HIPAA
• help sterilization
• help the rest of the team during downtime/cancellations
• contribute to hygiene department meeting ideas
