Continuously monitor and evaluate the financial performance of commercial real estate properties to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role with a focus on Commercial Real Estate.
Demonstrated experience in Financial Analysis, Data Analysis, Cost Benefit Analysis, and Financial Reporting.
Proficiency in yardi systems software, Argus Enterprise, and Microsoft Excel is a must.
Strong understanding of commercial real estate market dynamics and financial principles.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
