Blackmon Mooring / BMSCAT is a global leader in disaster restoration.
We work on multi-million dollar commercial projects as well as several thousand dollar residential losses and everything in between.
As the General Manager you will be responsible for the total operations of our regional center.

From an operation's stand-point you will assure excellence in work performed including fire and water mitigation, cleaning and pack-out of contents, construction rebuilds and put-backs.

You will have full P&L responsibilities assuring all metrics are being met from full cycle cash flow to variable and fixed costs.

You will be responsible for staffing, training, and all basic HR functions.
Success leading a consumer-focused sales or operation team is also critical.
