    About the Job:

    We are seeking an Alarm Service Technician to join our team at Fusion Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining Alarm Systems in both Residential and Commercial properties. A challenging yet rewarding position where you get to showcase your technical skills and provide excellent service to our customers.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Installing and testing products to ensure proper functionality.
    • Following installation and operation manuals accurately.
    • Responding to service requests promptly and efficiently.
    • Utilizing diagnostic tools to devise repair strategies.
    • Educating customers on how to operate their systems effectively.
    • Assisting in the installation of electronic systems from start to finish.
    • Handling equipment and tools weighing up to 40 pounds.
    • Working in various challenging positions like climbing ladders and navigating confined spaces.
    • Maintaining a tidy and safe work environment.
    • Disposing of waste properly to uphold cleanliness standards.
    • Wearing necessary safety gear as mandated for the job.
    • Being open to flexible work schedules as per installation needs.
    • Completing required paperwork diligently after each job.
    • Possessing construction experience is advantageous but not obligatory.
    • Having a valid driver's license or identification along with reliable transportation.
    • Passing a background check successfully.
    • Capable of engaging in physical tasks such as lifting heavy equipment.
    • Exhibiting exceptional customer service skills.
    • Demonstrating strong organizational abilities, a positive mindset, and a quick learning aptitude.
