    Description
    Job details: Java Developer
    Contract
    Locations: Tampa, FL (Remote)
    Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Java, NodeJS, Microservices, Springboot, Java security, Java vulnerability, SSL Experience Required 10+ Roles & Responsibilities
    • Must be capable in Designing, developing and working with peer developers and middleware admins with strong technical skills
    • Expertise in Java EE, with experience in Oracle DB, Apache webserver and Weblogic App server deployment platforms
    • Prime focus on Security, must have experience in resolving Java security vulnerabilities of medium and high severities
    • Good knowledge of Java libraries and security scans
    • Good communication skills to report progress made to product owner and senior managers
    • Work with deployment teams to deploy code seamlessly in dev, UAT, Test and Prod environments.
    • Should have exposure in Solaris platform and Azure cloud related infrastructure
    • Providing technical leadership, guidance, assessing security reports and formulating technical remediation plans
    • Developing and maintaining documentation of application configuration set up and cloud integrations.
    • Work with security team to run scans and ensure targeted vulnerabilities are remediated.
    • Work with Weblogic admins together to configure weblogic to work in tandem with the code fixing targeted vulnerability
    • Work with Ops deployment team to get code deployed in controlled environments, filing RFCs in ServiceNow and getting them approved in the CAB call.
    • Work with Azure engineers to configure cloud infra as per requirement for the Weblogic and app code to work together seamlessly.
    • Ensure no new vulnerabilities are reported.

    • Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.
    • Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems.
    Education Bachelor in Computer
