    Registered Nurse RN Inpatient Oncology

    We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Oncology team at Research Medical Center, part of the nation's leading provider of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.

    The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating positive patient interactions and providing clinical expertise in a compassionate manner. As an Oncology RN, you will provide comprehensive cancer services from diagnosis to treatment and survivorship care.

    Our team cares for patients with hematological malignancies who are receiving bone marrow transplants. You will have the opportunity to unlock your nursing career by joining a team that values compassion and family-like care.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments regarding the health status of the patient, following standards of care and disease-specific protocols.
    • Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.
    • Provide direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed nursing staff within the RN's scope of practice and in accordance with established policies.
    • Provide education and emotional support appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstance, and incorporate patient/family teaching into all aspects of nursing practice.

    Requirements:

    • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
