- Gain an understanding of the marketing sponsorship and event management process.
- Contribute to the execution of various events including Newport Boat Show, Branch Openings, RIFC events, Employee Block Party, etc.
- Support the measurement of earned media.
- Track and synthesize media mentions into a consolidated report to measure impact of press releases/PR outreach.
- Develop dynamic content.
- Create social media posts and contribute to internal articles highlighting Marketing work/deliverables on CentreStage.
- Learn about agency / vendor management techniques and optimization.
- Gather and document capabilities across existing suite of Marketing vendors to aid consolidation efforts.
- Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns materials.
- Help execute campaign deliverables (upload and track Compliance approvals, consolidate creative feedback, etc.).
- Partner with other departments/interns on collaborative efforts that will enhance our targeting capabilities.
- Work with Residential Intern (assuming hired) on the marketing capabilities that are available within the Residential eCRM system and how they could integrate with broader targeting efforts.
- Currently enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited college/university
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of all sensitive information.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week during normal business hours.
- The internship will take place from June 10, 2024, thru August 16, 2024.
